Consumer statement service

A KCB Credit representative may request your most recent account statement to assist with customer service or account information verification. A private link lets you upload documents without creating an account. Use the link only for the request intended for you and submit only documents you are authorized to provide. Do not upload malicious files or use this service for unrelated content.

Upload links normally expire after 30 days and may be closed earlier when a request is completed, canceled, or replaced. Submission makes your files available to authorized KCB Credit staff; it does not guarantee a credit report change, loan approval, or a particular verification result.

SMS Terms — KCB Credit Statement Requests

Program: KCB Credit sends service texts containing private statement upload links to consumers who agree to receive them. Messages are related to the statement request and are not marketing messages.

Consent: Text participation is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchasing a product or service. You may ask your KCB representative for an email link instead. Permission to text must be obtained before the first program message is sent.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your statement request and any follow-up or replacement links you request. This is not a recurring promotional messaging program.

Opt out: Reply STOP to a program text to stop further texts from that sender. The messaging provider may send a final confirmation of your opt-out. Contact KCB Credit if you need another way to provide your statement.

Delivery: Text delivery depends on wireless carriers and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use this program for emergencies.

Private links and document uploads

Keep your upload link private. If it reaches the wrong person, contact KCB Credit so the request can be closed or replaced. The service accepts up to 10 files, with a limit of 1 GB per file and 2 GB combined. Review your files and select Submit statement to finish the request. Upload only the documents requested; do not include passwords or unrelated personal information.

Privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains necessary service-provider processing, document access, and privacy choices.
