Privacy Policy

This policy explains how KCB Credit handles information associated with consumer statement requests, document uploads, and related service messages. It applies to this service and does not replace notices or agreements applicable to other KCB Credit products.
Information we collect
We collect the consumer name and cellphone number or email address provided for a statement request; the documents and filenames you upload, which may contain account and financial information; and request activity such as delivery status, link opening, upload progress, submission times, and support communications. Hosting and security services may also process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use this information to send the requested upload link, receive and review statements, assist with account information verification, respond to questions, maintain service records, prevent misuse, and meet applicable obligations. Text messages for this program concern statement requests and customer service, not promotional offers.
SMS consent and privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
SMS consent applies to KCB Credit’s statement request program. We do not sell, rent, or transfer that consent to other organizations for their messaging programs. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in the program; permission to text must be obtained before a request is sent.
Access and service providers
Access to submitted files through this service is restricted to authorized KCB Credit staff. We use service providers to operate the service, including Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Twilio for text delivery, and our email delivery provider for email requests. These providers process information needed to perform their service functions. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and the people using it. These operational disclosures do not authorize third-party marketing.
Security and retention
Uploads use encrypted connections and private, expiring links. Keep your upload link confidential and do not forward it. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We retain submitted documents and associated records as needed for the service, recordkeeping, security, and applicable legal obligations. The expiration of an upload link does not mean submitted documents have been deleted.
Your choices and questions
You may decline texts and ask your KCB representative for an email link. Reply STOP to a program text to opt out of further texts from that sender. Opting out does not automatically delete previously submitted documents. For assistance, corrections, or privacy and deletion requests, contact compliance@kcbcredit.com. We may need to verify your identity, and applicable recordkeeping obligations may limit deletion.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. See our Terms & Conditions for SMS program details.
